Qualifications
- English fluency required; additional Southeast Asian language is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical sales.
- Experience in semiconductor sales or engineering is highly preferred.
- Ability to develop new customers and cross-sell into new applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow semiconductor business across Southeast Asia; 75-80% focus.
- Identify opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers and OSATs.
- Lead technical sales presentations, product trials, and qualification programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to solve customer challenges.
- Cross-sell into Industrial and Automotive segments; manage strategic accounts.
- Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline; travel extensively in region.
