Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel Pivot Tables and vLookup, and PowerPoint.
• 1–3 years in account management or customer service in e-commerce; fresh grads with internships encouraged.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present via phone, video, or in person.

• Actively manage and grow your own business portfolio on Lazada.
• Work cross-functionally to achieve personal and team KPIs.
