Job summary

Halton Group in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an ERP Manufacturing - Product Data Executive to maintain and optimize product data within the ERP system to support accurate planning and efficient production. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and sales teams to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support new product introductions.

On-site in Malaysia with cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to manage, validate, and interpret ERP manufacturing and product data.
Clear and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
Understanding of how product data supports order fulfilment and customer experience.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple data tasks.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize product data within the ERP system (item master, BOMs, routings, parameters).
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and sales to ensure data integrity.
Analyze production and product data, update configurations, and support ERP changes.
Generate reports for decision-making and monitor data alignment with global standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve visibility across operations.
