Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is recruiting on behalf of a global multinational to manage ERP master data within a manufacturing setting. You will maintain item records, BOMs, routings, and production parameters to ensure accurate planning and execution.

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to support lifecycle activities, run data quality reports, and participate in system enhancements using leading ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Maintain ERP master data including item records, BOM structures, routings, and manufacturing parameters.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to support requirements.
• Generate reports and analyse operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of ERP data to support production planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to support business and manufacturing requirements.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including new product setup, engineering change implementation, and system updates.
• Generate reports and analyse operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
• Maintain and update ERP master data, including item records, BOM structures, routings, and manufacturing-related parameters.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the ERP system to support efficient production planning and execution.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, user testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise ERP processes.
