Job summary

Halton Group, a global technology leader in indoor air solutions, seeks an ERP Data Specialist to maintain master data and support production operations in Malaysia. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance and sales teams to ensure accurate item Masters, BOMs and routings.

The role requires a degree in a related field plus strong analytical and communication skills, enabling effective data-driven decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Systems, Mathematic, Statistic, System / IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP master data, including item masters, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing parameters.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support production planning and operations.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance and sales teams.
• Generate reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
• Participate in ERP testing, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
