Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in security or building management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of security, safety and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to safeguard premises.
• Support inspections by regulatory authorities and provide access/documentation as needed.
• Monitor access control and manage visitor registration.
• Report incidents and safety concerns promptly to relevant personnel.
• Safeguard assets, employees, visitors and occupants.
• Participate in emergency response activities and evacuation drills as part of the Emergency Response Team.
