Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years security/loss prevention experience.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major with 1 year security experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development and implementation of emergency procedures.
• Recommends follow-up action for security breaches.
• Conducts investigation of all losses and refers to proper management for disposition.
• Deploys security staff to monitor and protect property assets.
• Maintains required reports and documentation regarding patrols and incidents.
• Inspects all security equipment and ensures it is fully functioning.
• Maintains hourly employee performance appraisals per SOPs.
• Keeps abreast of local criminal activity and risks to property.
