Job summary

CHARDIKALA LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a security operations supervisor to plan and manage deployment of security personnel across sites in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor staff performance, ensure DAHR attendance, and maintain site records and incident reporting with adherence to SOPs.

The role requires coordinating with management and clients, guiding security personnel, and addressing operational needs while maintaining strong client relationships through regular updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising security personnel or similar teams.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with attendance, reporting, and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and SOP.
• Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures.
• Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters.
• Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines.
• Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures.
