Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a Security Guard to support the security officer in supervising guards on duty, checking posts, and ensuring briefs and training are up to standards. The role includes roll calls, uniform checks, and coordinating security equipment for the guards.

You will patrol mall and car park areas, implement safety measures for tenants and customers, and report incidents to the on-duty officer for action. Must be physically fit and able to read/write English and BM.

Qualifications

• SPM with at least credit in BM & Sejarah.
• Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically fit, BMI 19 to 25, minimum height 163 cm, minimum weight 50 kg.

Responsibilities

• To assist the security officer in supervising the shift of security guards on duty.
• To check on guards at their respective posts and ensure that the guards are briefed and trained on their duties and responsibilities.
• To assist in conducting roll call and uniform checks.
• To assist in the provision of security equipments for guards on duty.
• To ensure the smooth operations of the shift.
• To maintain a standard productivity and discipline level among the guards.
• To patrol the common area in the mall and car park and take the appropriate security measures in ensuring the complex / tenant / customer safety.
• To prevent theft / damage / accident / incident from happening in the complex
• To patrol and visit all designated checkpoints and security visit books as in the daily roster
• To report all theft / damage / accident / incident to the officer on duty for next appropriate line of action.
