Job summary

LINCSTECH CIRCUIT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is hiring a Security Guard to support a safe workplace in Perai, Penang. You will monitor entry/exit of people and vehicles, run regular patrols, and ensure visitors follow security procedures.

The role requires a valid driving license, willingness to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays), and the ability to report incidents accurately. Medical benefits, EPF, SOCSO, and annual leave are included as per company policy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and disciplined.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols around the company premises.
• Ensure all visitors comply with company security procedures.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities, incidents or security risks.
• Maintain security records and prepare incident reports.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow company security procedures.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you
