Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the security documentation process for loan disbursements in Kuala Lumpur. You will verify solicitors’ letters of advice, ensure conditions precedent are met, and maintain accurate records in the Business Master Tracker.

The role requires turning around documentation within the defined TAT, coordinating with Sales and the Custodian Unit, and following up on outstanding items.

Responsibilities

• All activities relating to completion of security documentation process.
• Checking of solicitors’ letter of advice for release.
• Ensure compliance of all conditions precedent, pre-disbursement covenants and special conditions.
• Complete DCL for disbursement enforcement within agreed TAT.
• Update Business Master Tracker on status of loans and outstanding documents/items
• Attend to inhouse documentation including stamping of documents.
• Follow-up on outstanding/pending documents with Sales and solicitors.
• Regular follow-up on billings from developers/contractors for cases no billings received.
• Instruct insurance and covenant unit on same to be taken/followed up.
• Lodgement of security documents with Custodian Unit.
