Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with a Cyber Security major.
• Basic understanding of IT security field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, incidents and breaches and assist investigations.
• Investigate phishing/spam emails reported by users.
• Produce monthly security reports for clients.
• Manage APT systems and ensure security signatures are up to date.
• Coordinate with IT personnel to resolve security incidents promptly.
• Manage customer interactions professionally with emphasis on satisfaction.
• Respond to requests via email or ticketing systems in a timely, detailed manner.
• Analyze and escalate security incidents to appropriate teams.
• Assist customers in implementing corporate security policies on existing information systems.
• Support department strategies and objectives.
