Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a QA Section Head to lead a small team responsible for microbiological/chemical/sensory analytical services for the factory and to support areas of expertise such as food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene and pest control.

You will set objectives, drive quality KPIs, and ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Management System while preparing for audits. The role emphasizes leadership, development of quality professionals, and ongoing improvement in a large global food

Qualifications

• Academic Experience: University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science).
• More than 10 years of Working Experience in QA.

• Contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
• Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.
• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.
• Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.
• Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.
• Ensure compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
• Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.

We are looking for a QA Section Head to lead a small team to ensure microbiological/chemical/sensory analytical services or specific services in raw/-pack/finished goods for the factory and support specific areas of expertise (e.g. food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.)

Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
