Job summary

Nestlé Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks a Technical Executive to ensure effective execution of store operations at the customer site, drive process improvements and maintain production assets for safety and quality in manufacturing excellence.

The role focuses on stabilising daily technical store activities, managing stock levels and ensuring timely availability of spare parts to support plant reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Stabilise day-to-day technical store operations by proactively resolving supply issues, out-of-stock situations, overstock and understock gaps, and non-moving inventory.
• Drive technical store performance through effective tracking and delivery of KPIs including service level, stock accuracy, inventory value, obsolete stock and non-moving items.
• Manage spare parts availability and inventory control to prevent stockouts and ensure timely maintenance execution.
• Lead store governance and compliance routines, including stock counts, SAP transactions, receipts, issues and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, procurement, vendors and contractors to ensure timely supply of critical parts and smooth day-to-day store operations.

We are looking for a Technical Executive to ensure effective execution of store operations deployed to the customer's site, process improvement, and the maintenance of production assets to ensure safety and quality for manufacturing excellence.

A day in the life of...

• Stabilise day-to-day technical store operations by proactively resolving supply issues, out-of-stock situations, overstock and understock gaps, and non-moving inventory.


• Drive technical store performance through effective tracking and delivery of the 19 technical store KPIs, including service level, stock accuracy, inventory value, obsolete stock and non-moving items.


• Manage spare parts availability and inventory control to prevent out-of-stock, overstock and understock situations while supporting plant reliability and maintenance execution.


• Lead store governance and compliance routines, including stock count accuracy, SAP transaction discipline, goods receipt, issuance, returns and proper documentation.


• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, procurement, vendors and contractors to ensure timely supply of critical spare parts and smooth day-to-day store operations.


• Manage waste, obsolete and slow-moving materials through regular review, disposal planning, cost optimization and continuous improvement of store processes.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Degree in industrial manufacturing, business admin, general management, hospitality, IT and other relevant fiels.


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field;


• Good communication, team-work skills, attention to detail.
