Job summary

Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Section Manager, Automation to lead automation engineering across Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia, driving CapEx projects and standardizing platforms.

You will mentor engineers, implement Industry 4.0 initiatives, and ensure robust MES integration with SECS/GEM and SQL-based interfaces, while aligning with global automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer, Electronics or Automation Engineering.
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in front and back-end automation engineering.
• 3–5 years of MES setup and machine integration experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication and decision-making under pressure.

• Oversee KPI reporting processes and lead automation teams across sites.
