Bhd.** is currently seeking applicants for a **Staff Engineer EOL Assembly Process.****Job Location:** Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia**What you will be doing:*** Responsible for EOL Assembly Process Engineering Vishay Assembly Production at Subcon* Drive improvement project to support Product KPI such as Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time* Support package transfer and new package introduction* Drive EOL assembly process/parameter/procedure set-up, qualification and implementation* Review and establish EOL Assembly Operation Baseline specifications & procedures* Coordinate with operation to get the needed support for engineering evaluations and other engineering activities* Define statistical test methods to optimize yield and drive quality defect reduction programs* Review corrective actions for effectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed* Support customer complain verification/analysis and action prevention* Reporting to the Subcon Operation Manager**What you will bring along:*** 5-10 years in Assembly Process Engineering with hand-on experience on Power Discrete and/or Power Management Package, e.g., Package Assembly with Cu Clip are highly preferred.* Proficiency in English Language, Problem Solving, communication & presentation skill* Works efficiently under pressure* Be able to make overseas trip by request.* Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.**What can we offer you for your talent:**Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
