Job summary

UST is seeking an SECS/GEM Integration & Automation Engineer to support equipment automation, testing, qualification, and integration activities in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will work with SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E4, E5, E30, E37.1, E142), RMS/PCM systems, and Oracle/SQL databases, with basic coding in C# or Java. Collaboration with manufacturing, equipment, and software teams is essential to deliver seamless integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with SECS/GEM in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Hands-on equipment integration and automation testing.
• Familiarity with RMS and PCM.

Responsibilities

• Perform SECS/GEM equipment integration, testing, qualification, and certification.
• Configure equipment interfaces, recipe management, and parameter control systems.
• Support equipment buy-off activities, including FOAK, SOAK, and equipment relocations.
• Troubleshoot automation-related issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, equipment, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
