Job summary

Sioux High Tech Software Ltd. in Seremban, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain the software connecting semiconductor back-end equipment to factory host systems. You will focus on SECS/GEM interfaces, legacy integration, and handling wafer maps and test data.

This backend role emphasizes integration over front-end work; you will maintain Ada/C++ code, learn Ada as needed, and collaborate with process, test and IT engineers to resolve interface issues.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of software development experience in semiconductor automation.
• Back-end assembly and test environment experience is required.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM, HW integration, MES interfaces and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain SECS/GEM interfaces between back-end equipment and host/MES systems.
• Integrate die bonders, testers, handlers and AOI tools; manage recipes and data flow.
• Provide second/third-line support and maintain Windows-based PCs/servers.
