Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Seafood, food manufacturing, or export sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.

Aufgaben

• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
• Promote tiger prawn and seafood products to local and overseas markets.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and relevant documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Accounts Department.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Support marketing activities, trade exhibitions, and customer visits.
