Job summary

Clarks is seeking a leader to manage SEA Wholesale Operations across customer orders, dispatches, and reporting to drive wholesale sales growth in the region.

You will oversee end-to-end processes, collaborate with sales, logistics and IT, and build strong relationships with key customers to improve service levels and profitability.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations team in retail or wholesale.
• Strong wholesale customer services and operations background.
• Understanding of end-to-end wholesale processes including distribution centre coordination.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced planning and organizational skills with time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Wholesale & Customer Operations roles to deliver end-to-end processes and consistent customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end order to cash processes including product data, system access, pricing, purchasing, logistics, billing, and documentation.
• Drive delivery of the order book to meet regional targets while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Foster a motivated workforce aligned to delivery outcomes across SEA markets.
• Support Head of Wholesale in building trusted relationships with key customers and driving sales growth.
