Job summary

CGP Personnel is recruiting an Assistant Manager, Sales Planning & Operations for a 12-month temporary contract based in Southeast Asia. The role is a hybrid position with work location at 1 First Avenue PJ, overseeing end-to-end order management and regional sales operations across SEA.

You will work closely with sales, planning, merchandising, customer service and supply chain teams to identify risks, drive issue resolution and maximise order fulfilment across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, supply chain, wholesale operations, customer operations or planning.
• Advanced Excel skills required; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management and sales operations across SEA.
• Lead the management of the consolidated order book across multiple SEA markets.
• Review orders at article/SKU level, including quantities, delivery dates, availability and shipment status.
• Monitor order conversion and identify orders at risk of delay, cancellation or non-fulfilment.
• Drive follow-up with customer service, fulfilment and supply chain teams to resolve order blockers.
• Establish and improve consistent order management processes across markets.
• Ensure timely execution of confirmed orders through to final delivery.
• Oversee product availability, inbound shipments and confirmed delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular availability reviews and identify potential supply gaps.
• Monitor shipments from order confirmation through warehouse availability and final delivery.
• Proactively highlight risks affecting product launches, seasonal campaigns and key trading periods.
• Provide a consolidated regional view of product availability, inbound status and delivery risks.
• Assess the commercial impact of supply and delivery delays.
• Identify supply gaps that may affect complete collections, product launches or key assortments.
• Monitor orders against agreed delivery and cancellation timelines.
• Prioritize recovery actions based on commercial importance, launch timing and business impact.
• Escalate critical risks and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
• Act as a key operational contact between regional sales teams, customers and internal functions.
• Coordinate closely with planning, merchandising, customer service, fulfilment, supply chain and demand planning teams.
• Lead regular discussions with country teams to review order book, availability and delivery risks.
• Reconcile order information between internal teams and customers and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive clear actions and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
• Track key KPIs including order conversion, OTIF, fill rate, cancellations, late deliveries and availability.
• Prepare regular management reports highlighting performance, risks and recommended actions.
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and improve reporting templates, dashboards and order management processes.
• Support the standardization and improvement of sales operations processes across SEA.
