Job summary

Bybit is seeking a P2P Regional Expert to own SEA growth strategy and day-to-day operations. You will lead a small regional BD team, partner with local squads, and execute the regional P2P growth plan across markets in Southeast Asia.

You will report to the Global P2P Ops Lead and collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive merchant onboarding, performance, and regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business development, or product operations (crypto/fintech/markets).
• 2+ years leading or coordinating small teams.
• Hands-on experience across multiple countries or markets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other regions.
• Monitor regional OKRs including transaction volume, disputes, and fraud patterns.
• Lead and develop a small team of regional Business Development managers.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, CS for local rollout.
• Drive regional growth initiatives and merchant ecosystem development.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and merchant onboarding.
