Job summary

A.T. Kearney Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Junior Analyst to join lean, hands-on teams across Southeast Asia. From day one, you will work on client operations, gaining responsibility quickly as your data and analysis drive tangible results on the ground.

We value fresh graduates and final year students (graduating 2026) with strong English and analytical abilities. You will collaborate across markets, contribute to reports, and participate in mentoring and development programs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student graduating in 2026.
• Prior experience in consulting, analytics, finance, or closely related industry/ role is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

• Support project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co‑created solutions.
• Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
• Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
