Job summary

X-GIANTS GROUP in Shah Alam is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily sea freight export operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and update systems to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in freight/logistics, solid Excel/Office skills, and good communication. Experience with CW1/CargoWise is a plus, and readiness to work on site is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sea freight preferred.
• Experience with shipment billing and documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sea freight shipments from enquiry to delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation and data in CW1.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Lading, shipping certificates and manifest.
• Monitor vessel schedules and shipment progress.
• Support costing, invoicing and payment collection per KPIs.
• Communicate with customers, lines, agents and offices.
• Coordinate with procurement on rates and space.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP adherence.
