Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking an experienced Regional Air Product Lead to drive growth across Southeast Asia & Pacific. This role focuses on aligning product strategy with corporate guidelines, strengthening carrier partnerships, and delivering measurable results through procurement excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in airfreight, deep knowledge of pricing models, and strong leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in airfreight with procurement, carrier relationships, consolidation, and commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight products, pricing models, trade lanes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional airfreight product strategy, market share, volume, and margin growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships with airline carriers; lead negotiations for pricing and capacity.
• Design and implement SEAP-wide consolidation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead RFQ and pricing strategies to safeguard internal margins.
• Establish and track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in product performance.
