Dow Jones Risk Sales is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Selangor, Malaysia. You will identify and pursue new clients, set up meetings, and collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Executives to tailor campaigns for targeted segments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in business development or sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and meeting targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Teams; Salesforce/LinkedIn Navigator experience preferred.
• Ability to drive new business opportunities and upsell within a team selling environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• English and Mandarin language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Call current and prospective clients to set-up meetings for our Professional Information Business suite of products.
• Work with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Sales Specialists to create sales campaigns for specific segments. Identify target groups, build prospect lists and produce qualified sales leads through targeted campaigns.
• Identify and qualify new leads to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue goals.
• Develop necessary internal relationships with all parts of the Professional Information Business team (Data Strategy, Product, Marketing & Sales).
• Maintain records of sales calls, contacts and sales campaigns in the global CRM to provide management information.
