Job summary

Bizniaga Tech in Malaysia seeks a proactive IT/Business Analyst to organize URS studies with end-users, translate requirements into BRD and FSD, and prepare test cases based on BRD/FSD. You will assist in system testing, perform quality checks, and research business solutions while collaborating with the technical team and stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of related working experience.
• Proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken English communication.
• Experience in financial institutions or exposure to financial applications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and undertake URS with business/end-user.
• Analyse business/user requirements and produce BRD and FSD.
• Prepare system Test Case/Script based on BRD/FSD.
• Assist in performing system testing and quality check.
• Conduct research and analysis to come up with business solutions.
• Participate in discussion in evaluating and reviewing of project with technical team members whenever required.
• Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly signed-off and documented.
• Liaise with system development team to investigate reported issues/system bugs and identify root cause.
• Prepare system user manual and provide user training.
