Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is seeking an Electrical / Controls Engineer to support the design, coordination, testing and commissioning of SCADA, BMCS, and Life Safety Systems on complex facilities projects.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure successful project delivery, review technical designs, and ensure adherence to applicable standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SCADA systems, building monitoring/control systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience with fire alarm systems, fire protection controls, emergency power systems, or other life safety systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination, implementation, testing, and commissioning of SCADA, BMCS, and LSS.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review technical designs, specifications, and system integration requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system handover activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
