Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Electrical / Controls Engineer to support SCADA, BMCS and Life Safety Systems (LSS) projects. You’ll contribute to design coordination, implementation, testing and commissioning, and handover activities for complex facilities.

Working with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors, you will review designs, ensure conformance to standards, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with SCADA systems, building monitoring/control systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience with fire alarm systems, fire protection controls, emergency power systems, or other life safety systems is advantageous.
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, data centre, or other complex facilities projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, coordination, implementation, testing, and commissioning of SCADA, BMCS, and Life Safety Systems (LSS).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review technical designs, specifications, and system integration requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
