Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Technical Support & Solution Development professional to lead end-to-end automation projects, from user requirements to commission and customer handover, including FAT/SAT and on-site installation.

You will design, implement and support IoT-enabled automation solutions, connect shop-floor IT with corporate systems, and provide training and technical documentation for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in industrial automation / data center / BMS.
• Experience with PLC and SCADA programming.
• Knowledge of Ignition, WinCC, HMI development beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop automation solutions leveraging IoT sensors and devices.
• Perform FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning for critical infra systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals and training materials.
• Interface with sales teams and cross-functional partners for project delivery.
