Job description

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day SAP S4 system support, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with operation teams and stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and challenges.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions.

Establish and maintain strong communication channels with the Global IT ERP Team to facilitate knowledge sharing and obtain support and guidance.

Handle incident and change management and configure/customize SAP modules.

Analyze business processes, develop functional specifications, and ensure efficient system usage.

Conduct testing, end‑user training, and documentation management.

Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade projects and cross‑functional meetings.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP S4 System Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of SAP S4 modules relevant to manufacturing (PP, MM, SD, FI/CO).
• Experience with SAP S4 configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
• Experience with SAP S4 implementation and upgrade projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP B1 is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an added advantage.
• Experience with specific machine assembly processes is highly desirable.
