Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an SAP Security IAM Specialist focused on Procurement in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead security for procurement processes involving SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA, ensuring RBAC and SoD controls are correctly implemented.

The role requires hands-on experience configuring SAP roles, authorizations, and security settings, plus strong communication with business and process teams to drive secure IAM integration across SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Security Lead (Procurement) with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass experience required.
• Experience leading SAP implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management mandatory.
• Proficient in designing SAP S/4HANA roles and RBAC.
• Familiar with IAM solutions and SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead security in procurement with SAP Ariba/Fieldglass.
• Design and implement SAP roles, authorizations, and RBAC across SAP environments.
• Support and advise business/process teams on SoD and audit controls.
• Manage role catalogs on IGA platforms (Saviynt, IDM, ForgeRock).

What You'll Do:

• Security Lead (Procurement) Experience with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass (mandatory)
• Work as a Security Lead in at least one or more SAP implementations (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (mandatory)
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA user roles, authorizations, and profiles across different SAP environments
• Support and advice Business, Process team for implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) in SAP
• Hands-on experience in managing and configuring SAP roles, authorizations, and security settings
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud Security
• Experience with Role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit management.
• Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions and related integration with SAP systems
• Experience managing Role Catalogue on either one of the IGA platforms (Saviynt, IDM, ForgeRock.
