Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking an SAP Security IAM Specialist focused on Procurement to join our Kuala Lumpur office. You will lead SAP IAM initiatives across procurement processes, including Ariba and Fieldglass, and work on RBAC/SoD controls and SAP role design.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA security, Fiori, HANA, and cloud security, as well as strong stakeholder communication skills to coordinate with Business and Process teams.

Qualifications

• Security Lead experience in SAP procurement contexts.
• Hands-on SAP IAM with Ariba/Fieldglass implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Design/implement SAP S/4HANA roles, authorizations, and profiles.
• Manage RBAC and SoD and support audit processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, HANA, and Cloud Security.
• Familiarity with IAM integrations to SAP systems.
• Experience with IGA platforms (Saviynt/IDM/ForgeRock).

Responsibilities

• Act as Security Lead (Procurement) on SAP projects.
• Lead security for SAP Ariba and Fieldglass deployments.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA roles and RBAC.
• Advise Business/Process teams on RBAC and SoD risks.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP roles, authorizations, and security.
• Work with SAP Fiori, HANA, and Cloud Security.
• Support audit management and IAM integration with SAP systems.
• Oversee Role Catalogue on IGA platforms (Saviynt/IDM/ForgeRock).

What You'll Do:

• Security Lead (Procurement) Experience with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass (mandatory)
• Work as a Security Lead in at least one or more SAP implementations (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (mandatory)
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA user roles, authorizations, and profiles across different SAP environments
• Support and advice Business, Process team for implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) in SAP
• Hands-on experience in managing and configuring SAP roles, authorizations, and security settings
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud Security
