Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Functional Specialist to support SAP operations, enhancements and implementation projects. The role comprises ~70% SAP SD and ~30% SAP MM work, focusing on end-to-end OTC and PTP processes.

The candidate will configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD/MM areas, manage billing and pricing, and collaborate with ABAP teams and external partners to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP SD functional skills (70%) with supporting SAP MM skills (30%).
• Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD/MM configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC and PTP processes.
• Experience with Billing cycles, orders, deliveries, pricing, ATP and credit management.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP operations, enhancements and implementation projects.
• Analyse business requirements and troubleshoot issues; prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP/development teams and external SAP partners.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT and business to ensure delivery quality.

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Functional Specialist to support SAP operations, enhancements and implementation projects. The role requires approximately 70% SAP SD and 30% SAP MM expertise.

Key Requirements: -

• 3–5+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP SD functional skills (70%) with supporting SAP MM skills (30%).
• Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD/MM configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
• Experience in SAP SD billing cycle configuration based on Division, including billing schedules, billing dates, billing due dates and related business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, ATP and Credit Management.
• Experience with aATP, Product Allocation (PAL) and Backorder Processing (BOP) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Credit Management (FSCM), including credit limits, credit checks and credit blocks.
• Experience with Material Serialization, including serial number management, stock movements and end-to-end traceability.
• Experience with Customer and Vendor Consignment processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics and CDS views.
• Experience with SAP integration using APIs, OData, EDI and Dell Boomi.
• Dell Boomi experience is required.
• Understanding of integration between SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO and third‑party logistics/courier systems.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, troubleshoot issues and prepare functional specifications.
• Experience working with ABAP/development teams and external SAP implementation partners.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with business, IT and external vendors.

Experience & Education: -

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong preference for candidates with extensive SAP SD/MM experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
• Open to Malaysians, Permanent Residents (PR), or valid Talent Pass holders.
