Job summary

Abeam Consulting in Malaysia is seeking an SAP SD support specialist to provide application support under the SAP SD module, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable SAP services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business SLAs and deliver timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in SD SAP modules.

• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectations
• Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure
• Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
