Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP SD consultant to gather requirements, design, configure and implement SAP SD solutions in support of Order-to-Cash processes. You will work with cross-functional teams and deliver full project lifecycle from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support.

The role requires collaboration with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM and BASIS, leading workshops, driving process improvements, supporting pre-sales and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Gather business requirements and analyze sales and distribution processes.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP SD.
• Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support core areas such as order management, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and customer master data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and BASIS.
• Lead workshops and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and client presentations when required.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.

Job description

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
• Experience in regional/global rollout projects.
• Knowledge of advanced ATP, FSCM Credit Management, EDI, or CRM integrations.
