Job summary

Tenthpin Management Consultants in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations from initiation to go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across regional client projects.

The role requires 5–15 years in SAP project management, 3+ full SAP lifecycles, and strong data migration experience, with English and Malay fluency essential and Mandarin a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in SAP Project Management / SAP implementation.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• At least 2 full SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Logistics modules.
• Hands-on SAP Data Migration activities.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• English and Malay fluency; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield.
• Develop and document business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Manage project planning, controls, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate SAP consultants and client teams to meet schedule and requirements.
• Oversee SAP testing, issue resolution and problem-solving throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive Data Migration activities and readiness for SAP implementation.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure delivery.
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities, including client discussions and solutions.
• Apply SAP implementation methodologies and project governance.
• Provide leadership across multicultural project teams.
