Job summary

Jora Malaysia is supporting a multinational client in a dynamic industry, overseeing end-to-end Finance & Controlling for a greenfield S/4HANA implementation in upstream oil & gas. The role requires deep process design experience and cross-functional collaboration.

You will guide process improvements, drive data readiness for mock conversions, and partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process design and transformation.
• Experience with greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling processes.
• Experience with data readiness and mock conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Controlling delivery for greenfield S/4HANA in upstream oil & gas.
• Provide guidance on process improvements and technology integration to boost outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Engage cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve challenges.
• Lead data readiness for mock conversions.
• Identify and resolve complex business and cross-functional issues.
• Contribute to strategic solution design and implementation decisions.
