Radii Global is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to design, implement, and deliver SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for diverse clients. You will lead configuration, optimize warehouse processes, and coordinate system integrations with SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

You will mentor junior consultants, participate in pre-sales activities, and support project delivery from discovery through go-live, ensuring quality and on-time results across industries.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, implement, and deliver SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for clients across various industries. The successful candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in SAP EWM configuration, warehouse process optimization, and system integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. The role also involves client consultation, project delivery, troubleshooting, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions covering inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, RF processes, picking, and packing

Manage integration between SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and relevant SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and FI

Conduct client workshops to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications and effective solution designs

Investigate system issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to implement appropriate resolutions

Oversee system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go‑live activities, and post‑implementation support

Support system enhancements, interfaces, APIs, and technical integrations, including the preparation of functional specifications and testing documentation

Provide functional expertise and consulting support throughout project implementation and delivery

Mentor junior consultants, share SAP EWM expertise, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and capability development

Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, proposal preparation, and other pre‑sales activities

About you

4–16 years of relevant SAP EWM experience, with the consultant or senior consultant level determined by overall experience and project exposure

Strong hands‑on experience in SAP EWM configuration, implementation, and warehouse management processes

Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA

Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound deliveries, putaway, picking, packing, inventory management, and RF operations

Experience with interface configuration, system enhancements, functional specifications, and integration testing

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently, take ownership of project deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
