Job summary

TRIIIO Recruitment is seeking an SAP Business Application Support Specialist (S/4HANA) to support and optimize the SAP landscape across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves Level 1/2 incident resolution, acting as a bridge between business users and external vendors, and leading UAT for system enhancements.

You will also govern master data, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with audit controls in a modern ERP environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 experience.
• Strong functional expertise in OTC/SD or RTR/FICO.
• Proven track record managing L1/L2 incidents and coordinating testing with external partners.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for communicating with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

SAP Business Application Support Specialist (S/4HANA)

Our client, a leading global multinational in healthcare and medical diagnostic solutions, is looking for an experienced SAP Business Application Support Specialist to support and optimize their regional SAP landscape across the Asia Pacific region.

What You Will Do

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 functional support, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for regional business users on SAP S/4HANA / ECC 6.0.
• Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and external technical vendors—translating user requests into clear functional requirements while reviewing vendor L3 configuration deliverables.
• Coordinate change requests, draft functional specifications, prepare test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and rollouts.
• Support master data governance (Material Master or Business Partner data), data cleansing, and validation activities.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and support compliance with J-SOX, CSV, and internal audit controls.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, or administering SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 systems.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one core stream: Order-to-Cash (OTC / SD) or Record-to-Report (RTR / FICO).
• Proven track record managing L1/L2 operational incidents, gap analysis, and coordinating testing with external implementation partners.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business users.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Exposure to SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Fiori, SAP Concur, or SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
• Basic understanding of IDoc monitoring, data replication, or integrations with third-party logistics (3PL/4PL) and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
