Job summary

TRIIIO Recruitment is seeking an SAP Business Application Support Specialist (S/4HANA) to support and optimize the SAP landscape across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves Level 1/2 incident resolution, acting as a bridge between business users and external vendors, and leading UAT for system enhancements.

You will also govern master data, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with audit controls in a modern ERP environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 experience.
• Strong functional expertise in OTC/SD or RTR/FICO.
• Proven track record managing L1/L2 incidents and coordinating testing with external partners.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for communicating with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for SAP S/4HANA / ECC 6.0 across APAC.
• Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and external vendors; translate requests into functional specs.
• Coordinate change requests, draft specs, prepare test scripts, and lead UAT for system enhancements and rollouts.
• Support master data governance (Material Master or Business Partner data) and data cleansing.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and support compliance with audits.
