Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP PS consultant in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will maintain optimal performance of SAP PS, working on both implementation and day-to-day support within an S4 HANA environment.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess a diploma. The role offers a competitive salary up to RM 17,000, a hybrid working arrangement, and additional performance bonuses.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in SAP PS implementation or support.
Experience with full cycle end-to-end implementation projects is a plus.
Exposure to SAP PS submodules like WBS, Network Activities is an advantage.
Experience in data center or construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain SAP PS for optimum performance and reliability.
Participate in end-to-end SAP project including requirements gathering.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize business disruption.

About the role

To maintain SAP PS to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
To be SME in SAP PS
To take part in end-to-end SAP project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, to convert business requirement into functional specifications, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; SAP table and data structure), UAT & others
To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Manager / Team

The role is an individual contributor role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on an end to end greenfield implementation / day to day support of SAP PS within S4 HANA environment. You will also be supported by vendors in an end to end S4 HANA implementation project.

Qualifications & Requirements

Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in SAP PS within implementation project and/or support (L3) is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
Exposure on SAP PS submodules; WBS / Network Activities / Project Builder is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Exposure on SAP SD integration; Sales Order types / Item Categories / Schedule Lines that directly link to WBS for cost and revenue tracking is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Exposure on SAP MM integration ; P2P is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Exposure on S4 HANA; Embedded Analytic / Fiori project management apps / Real-time Revenue Recognition is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Exposure on SAP FICO integration ; Budget Control / Budget Check and Result Analysis / Settlement Rules / Project-based Accounting is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Strong understanding of Project-to-Cash / Engineer-to-Order (ETO) / Professional Services automation is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Exposure on minor ABAP programming / code reading / IDocs or BAPIs for integration / Fiori tiles is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Experience within data centre / construction industry is an added advantage but not compulsary.

Salary & Benefits

Open for MALAYSIAN & expats that DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
up to RM 17,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
