Job summary

DayOne Data Centers seeks an experienced SAP MM/SD professional to own P2P and O2C configurations across APAC. You will engage with procurement, finance and operations, analyse requirements, and deliver robust SAP solutions with strong documentation and user enablement.

Requirements include 5+ years in SAP MM/SD, 1 full lifecycle implementation, and solid proficiency in integration with Finance. This role supports multiple countries within a global data-center platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP MM and SD experience with configuration and production support.
• At least 1 full life-cycle SAP implementation or major rollout.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes and integration with Finance.
• Experience working with multi-country stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Functional Support: Own procure-to-pay and order-to-cash incidents and service requests.
• Procure-to-Pay: Configure end-to-end P2P processes including requisitions, PO, contracts, invoicing.
• Order-to-Cash: Configure and support O2C including pricing, billing and revenue interfaces.
• Requirement Analysis: Clarify requirements with stakeholders and prepare specs.
• Master Data Support: Manage supplier, customer, material and pricing data.
• Country and Entity Rollouts: Configure settings for new countries and entities.
• Testing: Plan and execute unit/integration/regression testing; support UAT.
• Documentation and Enablement: Maintain docs and train users.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify inconsistencies and drive standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Functional Support: Own assigned procure-to-pay and order-to-cash incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, analyse root cause, resolve within approved patterns, and elevate design questions to the Supply Chain Management Architect.


• Procure-to-Pay: Support and configure the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, approvals, goods and service receipt, inventory, invoice verification and integration with Accounts Payable.


• Order-to-Cash: Support and configure the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including sales orders and contracts, pricing, billing, credit and debit memos, output and integration with Accounts Receivable and revenue accounting.


• Requirement Analysis: Work with Procurement, Commercial, Operations and Finance stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess impact, and prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, forms and interfaces.


• Master Data Support: Support supplier, customer, material and pricing master data processes, applying agreed governance and validation rules.


• Country and Entity Rollouts: Configure procure-to-pay and order-to-cash settings for new countries and entities, and support localisation, testing and cutover activities.


• Testing: Prepare and execute unit, integration and regression testing, support user acceptance testing, and ensure defects are resolved and evidenced before deployment.


• Documentation and Enablement: Maintain configuration documentation, operating procedures, job aids and training material, and support key users across countries and sites.


• Continuous Improvement: Analyse recurring incidents, manual workarounds and control weaknesses, and propose standardisation, automation and master data improvements.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing and Procurement or Sales is preferred.


• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP MM and SD experience, including configuration and production support responsibility.


• At least 1 full life-cycle SAP implementation or major rollout, with involvement in design, testing or cutover.


• Strong functional knowledge of procure-to-pay, including purchasing, release strategies, goods receipt, invoice verification and inventory management.


• Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash, including sales orders and contracts, pricing, billing and output determination.


• Understanding of MM and SD integration with Finance, including account determination, three-way match and billing postings.


• Exposure to Revenue Accounting and Reporting, or to capital project and service procurement, is an advantage.


• Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with developers, security and master data teams.


• Experience working in a shared services or application maintenance environment with service levels and multi-country stakeholders.


• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills, with the discipline to resolve root cause rather than repeat workarounds.
