DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant (Supply Chain) to own and optimize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.

You will configure end-to-end P2P and O2C workflows, perform requirements analysis with key stakeholders, and support multi-country rollout and data governance. The role demands strong analytical skills and experience in an SAP environment across Finance interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Certified SAP S/4HANA in Sourcing and Procurement or Sales.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP MM and SD experience, including configuration and production support.

Aufgaben

• Own and resolve SAP MM/SD incidents and service requests within SLAs; analyze root cause and escalate design questions to the SCM Architect.
• Configure and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes: PRs, POs, contracts, approvals, goods receipt, invoice verification, and AP integration.
• Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes: sales orders, pricing, billing, and AR/revenue integration.
• Perform requirement analysis with Procurement, Commercial, Operations and Finance; produce functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
• Manage master data processes for suppliers, customers, materials and pricing; enforce governance and validation rules.
• Assist country/entity rollouts, localisations, testing and cutover activities.
• Prepare and execute unit/integration/regression testing; support UAT and document defects.
• Maintain configuration docs, SOPs, and training materials; enable users across sites.

Trusted by leading hyperscalers and businesses, the company engineers, builds, and operates high-capacity, AI-ready campuses with speed, scale, and reliability.**Responsibilities:*** Functional Support: Own assigned procure-to-pay and order-to-cash incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, analyse root cause, resolve within approved patterns, and escalate design questions to the Supply Chain Management Architect.* Procure-to-Pay: Support and configure the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, approvals, goods and service receipt, inventory, invoice verification and integration with Accounts Payable.* Order-to-Cash: Support and configure the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including sales orders and contracts, pricing, billing, credit and debit memos, output and integration with Accounts Receivable and revenue accounting.* Requirement Analysis: Work with Procurement, Commercial, Operations and Finance stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess impact, and prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, forms and interfaces.* Master Data Support: Support supplier, customer, material and pricing master data processes, applying agreed governance and validation rules.* Country and Entity Rollouts: Configure procure-to-pay and order-to-cash settings for new countries and entities, and support localisation, testing and cutover activities.* Testing: Prepare and execute unit, integration and regression testing, support user acceptance testing, and ensure defects are resolved and evidenced before deployment.* Documentation and Enablement: Maintain configuration documentation, operating procedures, job aids and training material, and support key users across countries and sites.* Continuous Improvement: Analyse recurring incidents, manual workarounds and control weaknesses, and propose standardisation, automation and master data improvements. **Qualifications:*** SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing and Procurement or Sales is preferred.* At least 5 years of hands-on SAP MM and SD experience, including configuration and production support responsibility.* At least 1 full life-cycle SAP implementation or major rollout, with involvement in design, testing or cutover.* Strong functional knowledge of procure-to-pay, including purchasing, release strategies, goods receipt, invoice verification and inventory management.* Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash, including sales orders and contracts, pricing, billing and output determination.* Understanding of MM and SD integration with Finance, including account determination, three-way match and billing postings.* Exposure to Revenue Accounting and Reporting, or to capital project and service procurement, is an advantage.* Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with developers, security and master data teams.* Experience working in a shared services or application maintenance environment with service levels and multi-country stakeholders.* Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills, with the discipline to resolve root cause rather than repeat workarounds.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
