• Data Detective Work: trace data and transactions across SAP modules to locate where a process breaks down.
• Investigate & Resolve: manage daily incidents, troubleshoot system errors, and clear blockers within SLAs.
• Drive Automation: build scripts or tools to automate repetitive data checks and improve efficiency.
