Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya is seeking a DevOps Analyst to help deliver reliable, scalable digital solutions and support DHL's global platforms across the lifecycle, from analysis to operations. The role requires 2+ years in DevOps, strong CI/CD, OpenShift, Java and Python skills, plus SQL, Linux basics and scripting.

Qualifications

2+ years of DevOps experience required.
Strong CI/CD, production support, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Java, MSSQL, OpenShift, Linux basics, scripting, and Python.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Dynatrace, Splunk; Windows Server and .NET are a plus.
Ability to work in a multinational environment with good English.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd level production support for applications.
Contribute to development and continuous improvement of applications.
Investigate and resolve incidents; perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services efficiently.
Participate in shift rotations to ensure stable production operations.
