Job summary

Beijing Hanke Times Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking an SAP MM Support Engineer for Lenovo Malaysia project to operate SAP MM modules and provide incident support while coordinating cross-system troubleshooting across databases and log platforms.

You will join an on-call rotation to ensure stable operation and SLA governance, work with ELK, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and middleware like RabbitMQ and Kafka, and collaborate with bilingual teams to maintain service levels.

Job description

We are looking for an SAP MM Support Engineer for Lenovo Malaysia project. This role focuses on SAP Materials Management (MM) module operation & incident support, together with cross-system troubleshooting for integrated applications, databases and log platforms. The candidate will join on-call rotation to guarantee stable system operation and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operations and monitoring of company business systems to ensure stable performance and meet SLA targets.

Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the ELK log analysis platform, enabling rapid identification of online issues through log analysis.

Perform daily operations on MySQL / MongoDB / Elasticsearch and other data components.

Familiar with SpringBoot applications; knowledgeable about RabbitMQ, Kafka, and other middleware; able to locate and debug issues using Java.

Responsible for the daily operations and operational support of SAP systems, mainly covering SAP MM (Materials Management) module, including material master, procurement, inventory and related supply chain process support.

Participate in on-call rotation; respond to and resolve online incidents in a timely manner.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Solid hands-on support experience on SAP MM (Materials Management) module, familiar with MM master data, procurement and inventory business processes.

Hands-on experience with ELK stack, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

Familiar with SpringBoot, RabbitMQ, Kafka middleware; able to do Java-based troubleshooting.

Good understanding of system monitoring, incident management and SLA governance.

Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, team player and proactive working attitude.

Able to join 24/7 on-call rotation for production incident handling.

Fluent in English, Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

IT-related background; Malaysian local candidate with valid local working identity.
