Job summary

rhi is supporting our client to find a Materials Management Data Deployment Lead to support a major global data cleansing and transformation project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires proven experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA deployment, data readiness and transformation, and strong skills in inventory, warehouse, and material master data management, including SAP EWM and IM.

Availability for shift work and ability to handle multiple projects with cross-functional teams is essential.

Job description

rhi are supporting our client to find a Materials Management Data Deployment Lead to support a major global data cleansing and transformation project.

Specializing in materials management data readiness and transformation for our global oil and gas client based in Kuala Lumpur.

We are seeking candidates that are either immediate or on a short notice period only.

Shift hours: Either 3.30pm - 12.00am or 1.30pm - 10.00pm - Malay time

Experience required

• Proven experience in supporting SAP ECC / S/4HANA deployment initiatives, specializing in procurement data readiness and transformation.
• Must be highly skilled in Inventory, Warehouse, and Material Master data management, including SAP EWM and IM; material master/product master data; warehouse and bin structures; inventory balances and warehouse stock.
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently and working with complex cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in risk management and governance.
• Strong background in planning, scheduling, and decomposing deliverables into manageable tasks.
• You must be available to work shift as above.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in data cleansing and transformation work.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, support, challenge, and advise other project members on procurement data-related issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA - (Must have)
• MS Excel, Access
• MS PowerPoint
• Azure DevOps (nice to have)
• Other MS Suite products including Outlook and Teams
