SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant

Experience: 6—9 Years

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to manage and support end-to-end service management processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, and after-sales service. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP CS module for service management processes.
• Manage service notifications, service orders, contracts, and warranties.
• Handle installed base management and equipment master data.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, SD, MM) for integration.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6—9 years of experience in SAP CS functional consulting.
• Strong expertise in service management, service orders, and notifications.
• Experience in SAP CS configuration and enhancements.
• Good understanding of integration with PM, SD, and MM modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in S/4HANA Service.
• Exposure to field service management or after-sales support processes.
