Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an SAP BRIM specialist to deliver end-to-end functional expertise across SOM, FI-CA, and master data management. You will configure SAP BRIM modules, support invoicing processes, and collaborate with ABAP developers to implement integrated solutions.

The role requires independent work, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployments is an added advantage in a DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional expertise in SAP BRIM, including integration of SOM and FI-CA.
• Configure and maintain SAP SOM and SAP CI modules; manage master data such as Business Partner, Contract Account, Subscription Contract.
• Collaborate with ABAP Developers and Functional Consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Offer advisory input and work autonomously with minimal supervision; support troubleshooting and debugging as needed.

Job description

• Provide end-to-end functional expertise in SAP BRIM, with strong understanding of integration between:
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
• Manage and support Billing and Invoicing processes within SAP BRIM.
• Configure and maintain SAP SOM and SAP CI modules.
• Handle SAP BRIM Master Data including:
• Business Partner
• Contract Account
• Subscription Contract
• Manage SAP Convergent Invoicing transactional data including:
• Consumption Items
• Billable Items
• Invoicing Documents
• Propose and design effective solution architectures based on business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP Developers and Functional Consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide advisory input and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging activities when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, particularly in:
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM billing and invoicing processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM master data and transactional data structures.
• Good understanding of SAP FI-CA posting (advantage).
• Experience working in DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, or cloud deployment processes, is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of:
• ABAP concepts and debugging
• Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
